After earning a degree in Economics from the University of Florida, Jared began his career in the title insurance industry, specializing in distressed, bank-owned properties sold at auction. He later joined a prominent shopping center owner and developer, contributing to over $100 million in retail projects, including QSR, gas/convenience store, and shopping center acquisitions. He subsequently led the acquisition platform for a rapidly expanding car wash brand, growing operations from 20 to nearly 100 units and establishing it as one of the nation’s largest chains. He brings this depth of experience to Eastern Meridian to drive strategic growth while delivering high-value, market-leading real estate investments.
