Located at the northeast corner of East University Drive and North College Street, approximately 2 miles north of Auburn University, one of Alabama’s two public flagship universities, the project is anchored by a 45,600 SF Publix and includes 17,500 SF of local retail space and 3 outparcels sold to Circle K, Wendy’s and Auburn University Federal Credit Union.
Thorough research and due diligence brought this opportunity. It was designed at a scale that wasn’t right for the market resulting in a project that couldn’t get off the ground. Redesigning the site plan and joint-venturing with the property owner offered the framework to make this project a reality.
